  Ceviche

-Is the most internationally recognized representative Peruvian gastronomic dish. There are different types of ceviches. I'm going to mention about them:

💥FISH CEVICHE: This delicious marine dish is mainly made with pieces of fish (people do it with different types of fishes like: doncella, dorado, bonito, tilapia, etc), onion, chili pepper, lemon juice and salt. Also it contains sweet potato, corn, seaweed, lettuce, etc. 



💥CEVICHE WITH SEAFOOD: It's prepared like fish ceviche, because it has the same ingredients and obviously seafood. There are different types of seafood, for example: crabs, shrimp, black shells, octopus, etc. It's very delicious.

💥MIXED CEVICHE: It's called mixed because when you prepare it you have to use the different types of seafood and fishes. Also it contains the same ingredients that I mentioned of fish ceviche and ceviche with seafood.



💥Chicken ceviche: The name is rare, because we only listened that ceviche is prepared with fish, but also there are chicken ceviche. The preparation and the ingredients are the same, but the unique difference is to prepared with a pieces of chichen, specially it is prepared with breast.

My Eating Habits
💥Hello everyone, my name is Fátima, this is my usually eating habits. For my breakfast, I eat a sandwich and also I drink a papaya juice, or maybe I eat tacacho with egg, and I drink coffe. I like when I have breakfast, because it is the primordial food of every day.

                                                                                   

💥At afternoon, exactly at 2 o'clock, for my lunch, I eat different foods, for example noodles, or chicken with white rice, I drink lemonade every day. It's very delicious. I enjoy when also I have lunch.



💥Finally, at night, for my dinner, I just eat a bread with fried egg, sometimes I eat a fruit, and also I drink coffe, milk o tea, something that I find in the cupboard of my kitchen.
